Once delivery is completed, the developed product becomes the property of the client who requested the development.

The products introduced on the website are the assets of Innowell and our clients, so providing samples is not possible. However, meetings regarding product details are available, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

For products developed and manufactured at the request of clients, disclosure of roadmap-related materials and datasheets is strictly limited. Roadmap materials can be provided upon discussion when requesting product development, and datasheets are provided after development is completed.

Innowell conducts product exchanges and A/S (after-sales service) after inspecting the issue through product collection or on-site visits. If any inconvenience occurs during product use, we provide rapid feedback to resolve the issue, and A/S terms during initial development are arranged as much as possible to accommodate the customer’s needs.

All products developed by Innowell have their Serial Numbers attached or printed on the top or bottom of the device, and they are provided collectively when the finished products are supplied. In the event of an issue, we provide quick problem resolution through the Serial Number.
