  • The products introduced on the website are the assets of Innowell and our clients, so providing samples is not possible. However, meetings regarding product details are available, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

  • For products developed and manufactured at the request of clients, disclosure of roadmap-related materials and datasheets is strictly limited. Roadmap materials can be provided upon discussion when requesting product development, and datasheets are provided after development is completed.

  • Innowell conducts product exchanges and A/S (after-sales service) after inspecting the issue through product collection or on-site visits. If any inconvenience occurs during product use, we provide rapid feedback to resolve the issue, and A/S terms during initial development are arranged as much as possible to accommodate the customer’s needs.

  • All products developed by Innowell have their Serial Numbers attached or printed on the top or bottom of the device, and they are provided collectively when the finished products are supplied. In the event of an issue, we provide quick problem resolution through the Serial Number.

  • The products shown on Innowell’s website are custom-made items developed upon request from corporate clients and are not sold as commercial products. For modifications to your existing products or for new product development, please contact us directly.

4. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

In principle, the company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows.

  • - Destruction Procedure : Information entered by members for purposes such as membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a separate document storage cabinet in the case of paper documents) once the purpose has been achieved. It is then retained for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws for information protection (refer to the retention and use period), after which it is destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any purpose other than retention, unless required by law.
  • - Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irrecoverable. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
